Holds a degree in Business Management from the University of Alaska, Anchorage, Alaska, active certifications for CCP and GRP 

from WorldatWork and is a past a SPHR from the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM)


Has held corporate (Director and above) positions with companies such as Caesars and Harrahs Entertainment, Penn National Gaming and Forbes  4-Star rated properties working with company employee bases of up to 100,000 employees in both a Corporate 

Compensation and Benefits Role (Caesars/Harrahs Entertainment) and as a generalist at a property level


Has provided human resource consulting services to profit and non-profit organizations varying from Hospitality/Gaming, Academia and Local Government, Mortgage Lending and small to medium privately-held companies


Is the executive sponsor and founding President (2005) of the Las Vegas WorldatWork Association – Southern Nevada Compensation and Benefits Association (SNCBA); continues as executive mentor of association


Has sponsored and built salary surveys for the Hospitality/Casino Industry (now Willis-Towers-Watson) as well as providing critical 

market reviews and audits for companies experiencing pay and benefit problems


Is a National WorldatWork Member, a CTM through Toastmasters International and Charter President and Mentor of company toastmaster clubs
